Call of Duty fans will be happy to know that the PS4 will be the first platform that will get access to a private beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.
As reported by Charlie Intel, PlayStation Germany has announced the private beta via a new advertisement that it has posted online. The ad says: “PlayStation Exclusive. Pre-order and get access to the Private Beta. First on PS4™“.
A private beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is expected to take place in August, although official details have yet to be announced by either Treyarch or Activision. It’s most likely only the multiplayer mode will be playable in the beta since the Battle Royale mode won’t be ready until launch.
BO4 will be released on October 12th, 2018 and is available to get on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Remember, this year’s game has no single player story mode as it’s being replaced by the aforementioned Battle Royale mode.
