The BAFTA Game Awards Names A Surprising Game of the Year Winner

2017 featured some of the best video games ever made with the likes of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Horizon: Zero Dawn, Persona 5 and more. While these games are popular, the recent BAFTA Games Awards rewarded something different for the biggest award of the night.

As noted by a user on the ResetEra forums, the 2018 BAFTA Games Awards rewarded “What Remains of Edith Finch” as the best game of the year. This is surprising to say the least, but not undeserved. The game is great if you have had the chance to play it before.
