Even though Square hasn’t said much about it, today’s Nintendo Direct revealed it will release on July 13, 2018. In addition to the standard edition, a special version was also revealed including a pop-up book, map, sound selection CE and coin.
Three new details were also revealed. The first is Tressa, the town merchant, has a purchase option for special items to give to people around town. Talking to Alfyn, the apothecary, can unlock new information from conversations. Characters will also have jobs, though they can be changed during battle to increase options.
