The Xbox One X console came out last week and now we have the estimated numbers it managed to sell in the UK market.
As reported by GameIndustry, the Xbox One X managed to sell over 80,000 units in its first week of sale in the UK. This is roughly the same amount of units that the Nintendo Switch sold in its first week back in March.
80,000 units is also up from the 50,000 units the PS4 Pro received last year. The majority of sales were for the special Project Scorpio version of the console.
This is a good sign for Microsoft going forward. The new console is worth checking out if you own a decent 4K TV and want to improve the performance of the latest video games.
