Warner Bros. Is Stopping Support For Lego Dimensions

The toys to life genre seems to be dying off. First Disney Infinity kicked the bucket last year and now Lego Dimensions is also ending.

Warner Bros. confirmed the following to IGN: “ After careful consideration, we will not be producing new expansion packs for the game beyond what is now available. We will continue to provide ongoing server and customer support for all LEGO Dimensions packs. Existing packs will continue to work interchangeably and will remain available for purchase

It is only a matter of time until the toys are discounted at a cheap price and retailers will be trying to get rid of all their stock. The game featured many characters, level packs and more.

The concept of the game is cool, but buying all of the toys and levels are an expensive endeavor. The same thing happened with Disney Infinity since they overstocked on toys. Are you sad to see these franchises go?
