Assassin’s Creed: Origins HDR support coming to both PS4 Pro and Xbox One X this November

Now that Assassin’s Creed: Origins has finally released, many PS4 Pro owners are wondering why the game has no HDR support. Well, it looks like it will arrive alongside the release of the Xbox One X.

Ubisoft will be releasing a patch that will add HDR support on both the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X version of the game sometime on November 6, a day prior to the release of the Xbox One X. Sadly, the game currently doesn’t have HDR support out of the box for those who bought the game on PS4 Pro.

Assassin’s Creed: Origins is now available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

  1. Meh, works for me since I bought the game for Xbox One, which I’ll be playing on Xbox One X Scorpio Edition on November 7th. I currently have no Xbox console and want to play it on better hardware than my PS4 Pro.
