It appears as if Sony is interested in joining the mobile video game market as the company plans to release titles for iOS and Android in the near future.
As reported by CNBC, Sony wants to release more than five mobile video games for iOS and Android. The games will be released from next year until March 2018. Sony wants to challenge Nintendo by injecting the PlayStation brand to mobile users.
Sony did not announce what type of games will be out, but this could be huge for the company. Pokemon Go managed to be a huge success, so Sony has the potential release something big too.
