This Week’s New Releases 6/28 – 7/4; Blazblue: Chrono Phantasma Extend, J-Stars Victory VS+, Quiplash

June ends with a small selection of new releases guaranteed to tickle your fancy if you’ve already finished being the Batman or just looking for something new to play. Quiplash is a new party game from the developers of The Jackbox, one of my personal favorite party games of 2014. The Vita gets a little love with two new JRPG’s, both enhanced ports or remakes of popular titles from last year including Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory. Blazblue finally makes the jump to current gen with Chrono Phantasma Extend, one of the few Japanese fighters to make it onto the Xbox One.

Tuesday 6/30

Blazblue: Chrono Phantasma Extend (PS3/PS4/XB1)
Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth3: V Generation (Vita)
J-Stars Victory VS+ (PS3/PS4)
Quiplash (PS3/PS4/XB1)
Samurai Warriors Chronicles 3 (3DS/Vita)
Whispering Willows (PS4/Vita)

Thursday 7/2

Ar nosurge Plus: Ode to an Unborn Star (Vita)
How to Survive: Third Person Standalone (PC)
