Judging by the character selection screen in Mortal Kombat X, the game could have 24 fighters in total.
PlayStation got to play Mortal Kombat X at E3. Not all of the characters are revealed yet, but there is room for 24 characters in total. It’s possible more characters will be added via future DLC much like in the previous game.
The video also shows us more of Mortal Kombat X’s gameplay. Ed Boon also mentioned the previous game was the best selling one in franchise history. Expectations are high for this new game.
