The PS4 exclusive racer Driveclub won’t be having any dreaded microtransactions.
Driveclub’s design director Paul Rustchynsky said “absolutely” on twitter referring to a comment a fan made hoping the game would be free of any microtransactions.
The only sad news is that Driveclub still has no release date yet. Still, gamers that were sick of microtransactions in the Forza series and even Gran Turismo 6 will be happy to know this game won’t be squeezing money out of you.
Thank the gaming gods. So there’s one piece of GOOD news about Driveclub for once. I am still totally looking forward to this. Really hope all this time they’ve delayed is going to be worth it in the end.
Like all games I’m keeping tabs on I have high hopes and low expectations.
