Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z is the upcoming spinoff of the mainline Ninja Gaiden series, which is set for release next month. A couple weeks ago we told you about the release of part one of the prequel comic series from Dark Horse and Team Ninja. Now, with less than a month left until release, part two of the prequel comic has been officially released.
Part two finds Yaiba continuing on his quest to attain the mystical “Heartless” sword, encountering a new ally along his way. With different motivations, but both ultimately in the name of revenge, the two must work together in unexpected ways to conquer “the River of Three Crossings” and reach the Storm Temple.
The prequel comic can be downloaded for free through the Dark Horse comics app for iOS and Android, as well as the Dark Horse website. Stay tuned for information on when the next part of the prequel saga arrives.
