Japanese Video Game Store Uses Unique Way To Explain PS4’s Power

PS4

With the Japanese launch for the PlayStation 4 almost here, a local video game store in Japan has utilized a very interesting technique to explain how much more powerful the new console is than its predecessor, the PlayStation 3. He utilized the very popular anime series Dragon Ball Z to explain the power difference between the two consoles.

The store had the above image displayed with the following information on it:

-If you compare the PS3 to Frieza’s first form (battle power 530,000)
-PS4 is a monster machine like the fourth form of Frieza (battle power 60 million).
-[8GB Memory] -> 16 times the PS3. Power: Can use the Death Beam 16 times at the same time.
-[8 Cores] -> 8 Times the PS3. Number of programs that can be executed: The Ginyu Force is now 40 people.
-[Memory GDDR5] -> 7 Times the PS3. Processing Speed: Will move seven time quicker.

I found this absolutely hilarious, and while the numbers aren’t exactly right of course, it is still an interesting way to promote the new Sony console.
