The Wii U console has sold 5.86 million units since it came out on sale in November 2012.
In 13 months, the Wii U has sold 5.86 million units in total. In comparison, PS4 sales are not at 4.2 million after being on store shelves for only two months. Xbox One is not too far behind as it has sold just over 3 million units so far.
Hopefully Nintendo can have a more successful 2014 with the Wii U. It’s going to be tough so they’ll have to rely on some killer exclusive games to convince more people to buy the system.
