Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed was the very well received kart racer that combined many Sega franchises into one fantastic experience. The longevity for this title has been enormous, especially on the PC, due to many sales over the last year since its release. The game has added many surprising characters over the last year , but this time we have perhaps the most shocking character in the Youtube channel Yogcast’s Simon.
Recently, Sumo Digital’s Steve Lycett said that the next piece of DLC would be very controversial and a PC exclusive. This led to much speculation, but then through a stream by the popular PC Youtube channel Yogcast, it was revealed that the game would be part of a new Humble Bundle. Then came the big surprise, that a new DLC character was coming based on Yogcast’s own Simon.
This DLC was then announced to be for charity and said to be available on December 6. It has been hinted that more will be coming beyond this as well, so no need to worry that Simon is taking up a spot that someone else would have, especially since it’s for charity.
