Pokemon X and Pokemon Y Limited Edition Bundles Announced

Pokemon X and Pokemon Y - 3DS 01

Nintendo announced two 3DS XL limited edition bundles for both Pokemon X and Pokemon Y.

The two limited edition bundles will be available exclusively in Japan (as of right now), with both Pokemon X and Pokemon Y games coming pre-installed. Each of the handhelds will have a nice design that is based on the two legendary Pokemon featured in the game. It also has a 4GB SD Card which carries the title.

In addition to the Limited Edition bundle news, Nintendo also announced that they will release some sort of Pokemon Cards in select Japanese stores. They’ll come with an eShop code to download the game.

Pokemon X and Pokemon Y will be available this October exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS. Let’s hope Nintendo of America will launch these bundles here as well.

  1. This is stupid. There are so many Americans who would buy the 3DS over again or buy one and give the other to a family member. If the DS taught us anything, it’s that we’re superficial suckers for the design/color of our handhelds.

    (I really want one).
