The Ultimate Warrior has confirmed that the WWE 2K14 pre-order for himself is a worldwide offer.

To all the Warriors asking about pre-ordering #WWE2K14 outside the USA. Ultimate Warrior is available as a pre-order globally!
It’s good to know that 2K Games is still offering pre-orders like this worldwide for ANY retailer. Some game publishers only have pre-order exclusives for specific retailers and/or countries.
If you want to play Ultimate Warrior in WWE 2K14, you will have to pre-order it before October 29th or November 1st. The game is only available for the PS3 and Xbox 360.
