When Honedge, the Steel and Ghost type Pokemon, was officially unveiled last week, many fans are wondering if the new Pokemon will appear in the upcoming Pokemon X and Pokemon Y this October.
Today, the Pokemon Company confirmed that Honedge will be indeed coming to Pokemon X and Pokemon Y this October 12th for the Nintendo 3DS. As revealed on the official Pokemon X and Pokemon Y website, Honedge will be among the new Pokemon that will debut on both games, along with Litleo, Flabébé, Noivern and many more.
Here’s a tid bit of information for Honedge:
Honedge comes into being when a departed spirit inhabits a sword that once belonged to humans. It can use the blue cloth attached to its hilt as nimbly as an arm. If you were to carelessly take this blade in hand, you may find that blue cloth wrapping around you…draining the energy from your body!
