The PlayStation Blog has revealed that Capcom vs SNK 2 will be coming to the PSN next week.
The game will be released as a PS2 classic. There is no announcement about how much the game will cost, but it should be around $10 like most other PS2 classics.
Capcom vs SNK 2: Mark of the Millenium 2001 was an excellent 2D fighting game that featured 48 fighters from Capcom and SNK. It was released for the PS2, Gamecube, Dreamcast and Xbox.
I still have a copy of the PS2 version and the game is still excellent to play today. The visuals have not aged a bit and the gameplay is as fun as any other modern fighting game.
