When Neverwinter officially launches on Thursday, June 20th, one of the things players can expect aside from the Gauntlgrym content is a new Alchemy profession.
Those who already mastered five professions during open beta can now try out Alchemy where they can craft various things like rare and experimental potions. If you decided to become an alchemist, it means that you will no longer have to buy any potions to aid you, as you can craft them all by yourself. In addition to potions, alchemist can also craft dyes, in which you can put color and life to your outfit.
How does the new profession work? Press ‘n’ in game to open the Professions window. Select an Apothecary, Mixologist, Assistant Alchemist, Master Alchemist, or Grandmaster Alchemist. Then, gather or purchase any necessary resources for your task. Note that some tasks may require you to convert existing resources into colored Vitriols which are then used to create another type of resource.
