A link from the official ESRB website clearly shows that the Jak & Daxter Collection is coming to the PS Vita.
The Jak & Daxter Collection was re-released for the PS3 last year and included the PS2 trilogy in HD glory. The Jak & Daxter games were developed by Naughty Dog before they went on to make the award winning Uncharted games this generation for the PS3.
Although Sony has yet to officially announce it, this is obvious evidence that the collection is headed to the PS Vita very soon. Sony did announce a plan to release over 100 PS Vita titles this year since support for the handheld dropped in the latter part of 2012…
