Sony has just announced that the PlayStation Vita, both the 3G and WiFi models, will be receiving a price drop next month. The news just dropped during a live stream on Sony Japan’s website.
The price will be reduced to 19,980 yen beginning February 29th. This puts it around the $215 or £138 mark for other regions, although no other territories have been announced for the price drop. We’ll keep you updated on whether the Vita’s new pricing will spread worldwide.
