A few days ago, EA conducted a simulation of Super Bowl XLVII in Madden 13. Their simulation was correct and very accurate.
As most people will know, the Baltimore Ravens beat the San Francisco 49ers in a tense and exciting match. EA’s simulation said that the Ravens will win by 27 – 24. Although the score was not accurate, the winning point margin was as the Ravens won by 34 – 31 instead.
The only thing that EA didn’t predict was the blackout that occurred during the second half of the game. Still, Madden 13’s simulation of Super Bowl XLVII was spot on for the most part.
