Konami announced earlier that it will be releasing a demo for the highly anticipated Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance on December 13th on the Japanese PlayStation Store. But it will be region locked…
For those of you who have created another PSN account to browse/purchase content on the Japanese PlayStation Store, you won’t be able to play it unless you own a Japanese PS3 console.
Ironically though, people can still download and install the game on PS3 consoles, although an error message will pop up if you don’t own a Japanese model PS3. In other words, save your time downloading the huge 3458MB demo.
With Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance due out worldwide in February, let’s hope Konami officially releases a demo so that gamers outside of Japan can preview the game too.
