Tomb Raider: All New Details Emerge

The Tomb Raider reboot has grabbed and consistently held the media’s attention for a while now and to ensure it stays the way, Crystal Dynamics Global Brand Director Karl Stewart took to Twitter to respond to a few questions. The answers that followed contained new information regarding Laura Croft’s latest adventure.

I’ve crafted a small Q&A out of the back and forth that took place on Twitter. Read on for all the new details.

Note: All questions and answers (punctuation, grammar, etc.) were copied as is.

Q: how long will the game be??
A: 12 to 15 + depending on your play style.

Q: is it true that Lara Can’t swim in the new game, and why?
A: Lara can swim, but just not in this game.

Q: Will there be any tributes to the original Tomb Raider series?
A: you’ll just have to wait and see :)

Q: can we expect a twist or two in the storyline?
A: plenty of twists. We love twists here at Crystal D

Q: will the story have a sequel if this game is successful?
A: why of course.

Q: Lara gradually recover life or have to use items for this?
A: regenerative. No need for items.

That’s all for now. The biggest pieces of information are clearly the 12 to 15 hour play time and inclusion of regenerating health. Has any of this info swayed you one way or another on the new Tomb Raider? If so, let us know in the comment section below.
