  1. Set plays people, set plays! One of the most important parts of rugby league, yet iteration after iteration they continue to be ignored.

How hard would it be to implement a system using the directional pad to call one of 4 (or 8) set plays. These games suck, because the AI is dumb, and doesn’t know where it should be running. Being able to tell them via the use of calling plays would make these games so much better!

  2. Eh, True blue have lost all respect from me, after failing everysingle rugby league game theyve made and ive wasted hundreds of $’s in hope that they will someday grow a brain and actually make a fun game to play but instead they come out with the same over-rated graphics and crappy robotic gameplay.

my predictions will that it will suck just as much as every other game theyve made.

  3. PLEASE make a better custom player option.

The last one on Wii just max everything out and slot them into a team like a god, it was BS.

Should def have a Career mode where you start in a NYC club with a certain amount of points to allocate across the different skill sets and determine the position you play ie – Prop/2rd Row etc and as you get more experience (by only controlling that player in the game and/or mini games and/ or training schedule) you add stats aiming to get picked in first grade, then rep sides etc.

Been in NFL and Soccer games for ages.

  4. It would wanna be better than the last one! Rugby League Live (first iteration) is still the worst sports game on the market. The graphics and gameplay were terrible. I’m not sure how much money the NRL has thrown at it, but if the budget is the same as the first RL Live, you can bet this game is gonna suck. I’ll be hiring before I buy this one that’s for sure. I too have little faith in Tru Blu as legitimate sports games developers. They’ll need to show me something with this game.

  5. If this game becomes terrible Out of Both Rugby League Live, I muchy say Hand it back to Sidhe. They dominated in Rugby Challenge, Since Big Ant has took over, it’s clearly much about their AFL Live more then they careless about RLL.

This game looks too good to be true with the Graphics, but all turns down to the gameplay. “Listenning to the Fans” said We would love to see the Best Rugby League Commentator Ray Warren we may know he still be contracted under EA Games. Definetly try sign him aboard. I hope they have Sin Bins, and the New rules added in. Should be added PC version to the announcement.

  6. As long as it is nothing like rugby league lice 1 then i might buy it. Excited for it nonetheless just the first game was an absolutely massive disappointment

  7. in RLL 1 the forwards were faster then the backs! so i hope thats fixed and its a more realistic game and that players like paul gallen have the ratings and such they deserve.

  8. I loved Rugby League Live and play it on my kids X Box all the time. Go Tru Blue keep up the good work.

  9. As much as it pains me to say it, being a league fan. Why don’t they consider creating a game which include the top union and league leagues. You get fans who love either sport and some like both. If they joined forces and made a game which gave you the option to be London Irish in the aviva premiership or Sydney roosters in the NRL for example. Have the option of player’s transferring codes or leagues (I’m sure most NRL or union sides would like to buy Sam Tomkins from wigan for example). I’ve spoke to union fans who think there games ain’t much better. I reckon it would work because two massive fan bases together would make a bigger demand. Maybe then they would invest more money in the game. Might one day have a rugby game to a high standard like FIFA then
