In just a few more days, non-PC owners who missed out on Minecraft will finally have a chance to give it a try this coming Wednesday when the Xbox 360 version releases on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Along with the ability to create your own things from the blocks within the game, doing certain tasks will award you an Avatar item that you can use for your personalized avatar.
There are a total of three avatar awards that you can unlock and here they are:
– The Pork Chop T-Shirt
How to Get It: When you have a furnace and you can cook food, kill some Pig and it should drop a raw porkchop. Cook it and eat it to unlock the t-shirt.
– The Creeper Cap
How to Get It: The creepers are annoying especially when you get close and they explode. When you have a bow and arrow with you, use it to kill the Creeper and you’ll unlock the green Creeper hat.
– A Minecraft Watch
How to Get It: If you show your dedication by playing Minecraft for 100 day to night cycles, your loyalty with the game will be rewarded with its official Minecraft watch.
I have a problem
I killed about 5 creepers with bow and arrow and still did NOT get the creeper cap
I have gotten the other awards though
is this normal? or am i doing something wrong
i have done the same killed about 3 creepers with arrows but no award ??
me too i’ve eaten soo many cooked pork chops but i never got the t-shirt?
I had the same problems, I joined another friends world and they all popped.
I got all the avatar awards with no problem. I think you guys are doing something wrong.
I got it fine, but a friend joined my world, he kill 16 of the beggars and nothing. Then as we left the game, it just popes up for him???? Wired. Think its a bug. The minecraft legacy continues……
