Mortal Kombat is almost a week away from hitting the Vita and that means we’re that much closer to experiencing the gore-filled fighter on-the-go. To further excite us, it has been announced that klassic costumes will be available exclusively on the Vita version of NetherRealm’s game.

These will be great additions to the already packed portable version of Mortal Kombat. Being bundled with the new 150-stage Challenge Tower, one-on-one online matches and touch controls, Mortal Kombat Vita may contain enough fresh content to warrant a purchase from those who already own the console counterpart. We will find out how it stacks up when it releases next week, May 1st.
