One of the most exciting 3DS features, was the addition of Game Gear games to the Virtual console. Like most 3DS features, it was not included at launch and some even figured it was forgotten about. However, Game Gear games are finally hitting the 3DS, though the selection is slim.
Currently there are only three games. Shinobi ($3.99), Dragon Crystal ($2.99) and Sonic Triple Trouble ($4.99). Each game features various viewing options like original and the power to save at any time. No word on other regions or what games to expect, though we will keep you posted as new information arises.
