Capcom has released a new video for Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City look at the characters that will be in the game.
There are human faction in this game. They are the Spec Ops squad and Umbrella Security Service. The USS are in Raccoon City to try and cover up Umbrella’s involvement in the Raccoon City outbreak. While the Spec Ops are here to stop them. They cannot really fight each other properly when there’s all these zombies on the loose!
