Ed Boon met with certain friends in the industry at DICE last week, among which was Capcom’s Seth. Following that encounter, Boon posted the following on Twitter:
“Yes, great catching up with you too. Looking forward to our first MKvsSF meeting. 1st order of business: MKvsSF or SFvsMK. ;)”
The winky face could imply that he was simply joking, as he has a tendency to clown around. I’m sure countless gamers are hoping that this is real though. Mixing the speed of Street Fighter with the brutality of Mortal Kombat could create an interesting recipe for a new crossover fighter.
