Jens Bergensten has today been answering a couple of questions on Minecraft and has revealed a couple of things that are being worked on.
Firstly Jens was asked whether armour helping players survive drowning would be tweaked; he swiftly responded that “it’s fixed in the next update”. Secondly Jens commented on the Enderman after it was pointed out they make the same in-game noises as zombies, “C418 [Responsible for audio/music in Minecraft] is working on it”.
Lastly many Minecraft fans enquired when the beta 1.9 pre-release version 2 would finally be available to download. Jens didn’t reveal a time scale or a date Mojang are working towards but to give fans hope did mention “we’re working on it”.
