The Liars And Cheats DLC pack offers gamer a new multiplayer experience with both a new competitive mode and a brand new weapon. The Explosive Rifle will become available to and another explosive side to multiplayer, from free roam to free for all.

Well, this is Pathetic! I was awake just long enough to download the Liars and cheats, went to play it and the WHOLE Playstation Network was down! What a Bunch Of FN Bull Crap Rockstar should Sue Sony over Lost Revenue or something this is a shame to fans!
