Goldeneye holds a special place in many gamers’ minds, unless of course your thoughts wandered over to Goldeneye: Rogue Agent. Rest assured I am not talking about that tragedy. I am referring to the Nintendo 64 classic. Activision may be the name behind the long awaited remake. It seems Activision’s secret has been accidentally unveiled as a domain they own has been discovered. The site is “goldeneyegame.com”. That alone is not much to go off, but if you have been keeping up on gaming news lately then you should be aware of the unofficial revealing of James Bond: Bloodstone. Activision has also nabbed another site titled “bloodstonegame.com”.
Are these two games related in any way? Is the Goldeneye in question the remake we have all waited for or is it a sequel to Rogue Agent? It seems we will be left in the dark for a while until Activision comes forth and decides to answer all our questions.
