Geoff Keighley, host of GameTrailersTV, has recently tweeted that the next Call of Duty game will be making its debut at this Friday’s GTTV on Spike.
A bit surprising considering the reveal is being made amidst all this current fighting between Activision and Infinity Ward (i.e. several layoffs, an ongoing legal battle and lawsuits). This does, however, reaffirm a Treyarch developed Call of Duty game rumored to be set during the Vietnam War. As with GTTV’s world premier of SOCOM 4, the announcement will include a teaser trailer to showcase the game and hopefully some of its features.
Fans of the franchise should tune in to this Friday’s GTTV for the big reveal.
