Eventhubs.com has revealed scans from Famitsu magazine that reveal the three characters representing SSF4 from the SF3 games. A rumor list that was leaked a few months ago and has so far everything on that list was spot on. According to that list Hakan the oil wrestler is the only character that needs to be revealed. Capcom should reveal him within the next couple of days.
