To celebrate this weekend’s big show UFC 223, EA is offering a free trial for EA Sports UFC 3 this weekend so PS4 and Xbox One owners can play the game. The trial will be available for four days.
As EA announced on its official website, EA Sports UFC 3 will have a free trial period from April 5th, 2018 at 10am PST until ending on April 9th 2018 at 10am PST. When downloading the trial during the weekend, you have access to a whole 5 hours of the game for no extra payment.
The game modes you can partake in are Knockout Mode, UFC Ultimate Team and Live Events. The Live Events also includes the UFC 223 card so you can play out the PPV the way you want it to be. Bear in mind if you want to play the trial on Xbox One’s EA Access, that service still allows you to trial the game for a longer 10 hour period.

- Tab over to Store page
- Select “Search games store”
- Search for “EA SPORTS UFC 3”
- Select “EA SPORTS™ UFC® 3” from the results
- Select the “Get it FREE” option
- From PlayStation Dynamic menu (dashboard)
- Select PlayStation Store
- Search for “EA SPORTS UFC 3”
- Select “EA SPORTS™ UFC® 3” from the results
- Scroll down to the Demo category
- Select the Trial
- Select “Get Free Demo”
EA notes that the free trial for EA Sports UFC 3 being held this weekend is for new players only. The trial will not be available to play if you already downloaded a previous free trial.
