Blanka has always been one of the most popular Street Fighter characters of all time thanks to his unique appearance, although the character was sadly missing in the launch roster of Street Fighter V. Now fans can be happy because the green monster character will be available in Street Fighter V later this month.
Blanka is the second character added to Season 3 of Street Fighter V following Sakura’s release in the game last month. Blanka will be available for you to purchase and download on February 20th, 2018. You can buy him with real money, or in-game Fight Money if you have saved enough credit.
Capcom also writes a description for the character: “In SFV: AE, Blanka is living peacefully with his mother, and has adapted well to being introduced back into society. One day, a suspicious salesman approaches him and offers a way to make Blanka famous by mass producing a doll made in Blanka’s likeness. Will it work? Find out in his character story mode! ”
Blanka still has his iconic new moves, although he has a few new slashing motions added too. The funny thing about the character is that he has loads of new costumes. This includes a Story Mode outfit, Battle Mode costume plus his classic look from the older games.
