Before Naughty Dog made Uncharted and The Last of Us, the development studio worked on many great Jak and Daxter games on the PS2. Well now the entire series will be available for you to download/purchase on the PS4.
Sony writes: “Set on an unnamed planet, these games follow the two protagonists, Jak and Daxter, as they try to unlock the secrets of their world and discover mysteries left behind by the Precursors. Experience all four classics on PS4 with 1080 up-rendering, Trophies, and more. Purchase and download these games from PlayStation Store”
The first game in the series was released on the PS4 a few months ago, but now the rest of the franchise has followed suit. This includes the second and third games plus the final racing game.
The games will all be downloadable on the PlayStation Store on December 6th, 2017. Bear in mind, the PS4 is still not backwards compatible so you need to buy the games again even though you may already own the original PS2 classics.
