When the Xbox One launched back in November, Powerstar Golf was right there as a digital offering for you to download on the system, for a price of course. Compared to the Xbox 360 that had demos for all Xbox Live Arcade games, the Xbox One only had them for certain games, and Powerstar Golf was not one of them. For those that may have passed due to this, Powerstar Golf is now offering a Free Trial Mode that you can access without buying the game.
Similar to Killer Instinct, you gain access to a series of free events, with the ability to purchase more course, golfers, and caddies if you so choose. Also, if you already own Powerstar Golf, this new free update will bring you a new course at no extra cost, known as Coyote Canyon.
