Super Smash Bros. Gives First Looks At Gerudo Valley Final Destination

Super Smash Bros.

During last week’s Nintendo Direct exclusively revolving around the upcoming Super Smash Bros., we learned that most levels in the game will have their own version of Final Destination. In today’s update, Masahiro Sakurai decided to show off the Nintendo 3DS exclusive Gerudo Valley variation.

Sakurai had the following two comments to say about it on Miiverse:

Pic of the day. This is the final destination version of Gerudo Valley. No more surprise visits from Koume and Kotake, and the bridge is gone. There are no distractions and there’s nowhere to run. And the score that plays in the background is “Gerudo Valley.”

You can make most stages turn into a final destination. Depending on the stage, it might be floating in midair or perched on a cliff.

The fun will be seeing how many different variations of Final Destination we will get in the final game. It will definitely mix up For Glory mode quite a bit.
