Ever since the days of the release of the original Bioshock game, there have been rumors swirling around about a movie being made based on the franchise. Years later it appears we may finally be getting some forward movement on the movie as Sony Pictures has registered three web domains associated with the movie.
Sony Pictures just recently registered the following domains, bioshock-movie.com, bioshock-movie.net and bio-shock.net. This of course is no indication that they are moving forward with the movie, but it is interesting to know that the franchise isn’t being forgotten about in Hollywood. Hopefully this is only the beginning, as the Bioshock games has the potential to be an excellent film franchise.
