Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII has already released in Japan, with a release coming in the US in a little over a month. Ahead of that launch, Sony has announced an exclusive partnership with Gamestop to sell a Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII themed controller for PlayStation 3.
This controller may look familiar to some as it was announced months ago as an exclusive to the Asian region. However, this new partnership with Gamestop has brought the controller to the US.
The design of the controller itself is a little strange as there is a circle full of symbols over the d-pad and a random lightning design across the entire controller, especially on the right side.
The controller will release in the US on February 11 at Gamestop exclusively, the same day that Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII arrives in the US.
