Select Xbox users will get complete roster in Killer Instinct for free

Killer Instinct

Microsoft seems to be giving away all of the Killer Instinct character to select Xbox users, unlocking the game in full when it launches on November 22nd.

Xbox 360 users have been reporting in social medias that they have received an email from Microsoft telling them they will get the full roster of fighters in Killer Instinct free of charge. It seems that the people who have been a Xbox Live subscriber for many years are the ones getting the email.

Killer Instinct is a free downloadable title on Xbox One with one character unlocked. Gamers who are looking forward to unlock the rest of the characters in the roster will have to pay $5 each. However, if you have a $20, you can unlock all eight fighters, including two extra ones that are not initially available.

Microsoft Support Twitter has confirmed that the Killer Instinct email is legit. If you get an email, consider yourself lucky as you will have one full game that you can play on Xbox One for free when it launches in two weeks.
