Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 might not be the only HD remasters coming to the PS Vita. Final Fantasy XII might be remade too.
Final Fantasy series producer Yoshinori Kitase spoke to NowGamer expressing his interest to make an HD version of Final Fantasy XII too.
Here’s what he said:
We’d love a Vita version of Final Fantasy [XII]. I am also hoping that this [Final Fantasy X|X-2] HD remaster will open up some great possibilities in the future.
The likelihood of Final Fantasy XII being remade in HD depends on how well Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD sells. They will go on sale in December in Japan later this year for the PS3 and PS Vita.
