Three Promising Xbox One Launch Titles

Call of Duty: Ghosts

call of duty: ghosts gameplay trailer

Every time a Call of Duty game comes out, we know for a fact that people prefer to get it on the Xbox platform due to the timed exclusive DLCs. With Call of Duty: Ghosts being one of the launch titles, fans of the shooter genre will have to pick up the game on the Xbox One platform. While the game is available on the Xbox 360, we know for a fact that it will not look as good as the one on the Xbox One due to the aging hardware. With the Xbox One being more powerful than the Xbox 360, Call of Duty: Ghosts will be sure to take advantage of the next-gen platform in delivering top notch visuals and better frame rates. Not to mention that Xbox One will receive the timed exclusive COD Ghosts DLC later this year.

im not sure these games will be enough to persuade people to go get xbox one, forza is just another arcade racer, dead rising never was good, and i dont think people will care that cod gets dlc on xbox one, first as nobody will be getting cod this time around as battlefield 4 is 10 times better from what we have seen

Title should be changed to “Two games to look forward to!” Forza will be forgotten as easily as Fusion Frenzy, Project Gotham Racing, and that god awful table tennis game! All three of those games were launch titles for Microsoft precious consoles. CoD is becoming a joke ( hate me all you want, its true! How many ten year olds have screamed racist Sh!t into the mic at you? You see my point?) but its something to screw around with for a little while, at least until we start getting the real games. And as far as Dead Rising 3 I will simply pass on that bunch of crap. I already have The Last of Us, and the Walking Dead tv series. That’s all needs said.

LOL Forza just another arcade racer?? No no no no no no no no! It may not be 100% SIM any more after all the things Turn 10 have done to cater for a wider audience but it certainly is NOT an arcade racer. Forza and Dead rising 3 will certainly shift consoles but whether that’s enough for Microsoft remains to be seen. And as for the comment about PGR – they only made 4 versions of the game over the previous 2 xboxes…………………….yeah really easily forgotten!

I agree with you on some aspects James, but you’re forgetting that turn 10 wasn’t the sole developer in horizon. Playground games turned it into a need4speed equivalent, while forza 4 and 3 were both great games with high customization. Forza 5 will be like its predecessors, excluding or maybe including horizon, and offer a great variety of cars again, along with tuning and other missed features in horizon.

Really CoD was one of the choices. Yeah because when I heard the next CoD I thought “Man I can’t wait to get the next Xbox so I can buy the same game I’ve been playing for years now”

I played cod4 on playstation and the players sucked and it played horribly . Not to mention the psn sucked. I ain’t the biggest halo fan but I’ll play that any day over killzone or resistance . Funny to me how ps fanbboys talked smack about xbox mandatory pay for online, now it’s mandatory for playstation 4.
