Right off the bat, players looking for a true challenge in Bioshock Infinite will have to wait until they beat the game or input a special code.
Assuming the default ‘hard’ difficulty isn’t sufficient enough for you and you want to test your skill with the most hardest difficulty in the game called ‘1999 Mode’. To unlock the mode you can either get it by beating the game or simply entering the following code on the main menu:
For Xbox 360/PC : Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A
For PS3: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, O, X
Wait, that’s the Konami code! Yep, it is and once you unlock it, you will get the Achievement or Trophy as well, ‘Should Auld Acquitance’.
