Play Assassin’s Creed III? Get Free DLC Courtesy Of Raptr

Raptr, one of the many game tracking services out there much like Xfire, has been offering free DLC to reward gamers for their dedication to playing. Up later this month are a number of rewards for players that have stepped into Connor’s shoes for Assassin’s Creed III. These rewards will be active starting February 26th.

Assassin’s Creed III players on all three major platforms (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. Sorry WiiU users!) can be rewarded each in their own way. For those playing on the Xbox 360 and have unlocked one of two particular achievements in the Tyranny of King Washington DLC can be rewarded with a pair of unique avatar items. Unlocking the A Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing Achievement can unlock a complete Connor costume for your avatar while the Uniquely Familiar Achievement unlocks a bald eagle to compliment your new costume.

PlayStation 3 players also get rewarded for the same Uniquely Familiar Trophy (from The Tyranny of King Washington – The Infamy DLC) but in a different way. Players can get one of these five downloadable titles at random, free of charge:

  • Assassin’s Creed III Hidden Secrets DLC Pack
  • Assassin’s Creed III Battle Hardened DLC Pack
  • Assassin’s Creed Revelations
  • Assassin’s Creed Revelations Ultimate Edition
  • Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood Ultimate Edition

Assassin’s Creed III players on the PC get their rewards simply by being a dedicated player. By hitting Dedicated or Hardcore by Raptr’s ranking system, you’ll unlock a pair of DLC’s for Assassin’s Creed III free of charge: The Hidden Secrets DLC pack and Battle Hardened DLC pack, respectively.
