Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix coming to NA and EU this Fall

Square Enix confirmed today that Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix on the PS3 will be arriving in North America and Europe starting this Fall.

Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix will bundle together the original Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories that will have trophy support and HD visuals.So far, there’s currently no firm release date but fans can expect it to arrive sometime this Fall exclusively on the PlayStation 3.
