Nintendo Bringing Two New Wii Bundles This Holiday

Today, Nintendo announced the availability of two new Wii bundles hitting store shelves just in time for the pre-Black Friday sales push. Starting November 4th, gamers (or family members that want to surprise their loved ones) will be able to pick up one of two new console deals each with their own color-coded style.

Cashing in on the Just Dance craze, the first bundle is a simple white model system with matching Wii Remote Plus and Nunchuk as well as a copy of Just Dance 4 at a retail MSRP of $129.99

The latter bundle comes in a much more exotic color. Previously a Walmart exclusive, Nintendo will once again be making the blue Nintendo Wii available to the consumers with a bundle of its very own. This bundle will be available with a new copy of Skylanders Giants, a blue Wii console with matching Nunchuk and Wii Remote Plus, two Skylanders characters, a Portal of Power, and one exclusive Giant Skylander. Nintendo plans to release this Wii console at a suggested MSRP of $149.99.

Expect both Wii consoles to start showing up in store ads in the coming weeks.

  1. I’m guessing we’ll have to wait at least seven more years for a Nintendo that isn’t completely casual and twice that long for them to take a break from milking their current franchises and finally come up with another IP(Pikmin 11 years ago doesn’t cut it). Come on, Nintendo, get your game together and stop sucking.
