Bethesda Reveal Famous Voice Cast For Dishonored

Bethesda has revealed the cast for its highly anticipated game Dishonored, which follows the story of supernatural assassin Corvo on a path of revenge and self-redemption.

Of the named actors lending their talents, John Slattery (‘Mad Men’, ‘The Adjustment Bureau’) provides his voice for Admiral Havelock, a Loyalist that provides help for the player during missions. Chloe Moretz (‘Kick-Ass’, ‘Hugo’) portrays Young Lady Emily, the kidnapped daughter of the Empress, her recently deceased mother. Brad Douriff (‘The Lord of The Rings’ trilogy), Carrie Fisher (the original ‘Star Wars’ trilogy), Lena Headey (‘Game of Thrones’), Michael Madsen (‘Kill Bill’) also provide their voices for characters and features in the city of Dunwall; the setting of Dishonored.

Susan Sarandon makes her game debut as “Granny Rags”, a former aristocrat and “intriguing old blind woman now deranged after years of street life”, I think the Academy Award winner will be at ease delivering such a character, after all Sarandon played Janet in the delightfully unique ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show’.

Dishonored is heading to PC, 360 and PS3 on October 12th!

Biographically speaking, I’ve always wanted to write professionally as I’ve always been something of an amateur writer; I am now studying for Journalism at a University in the UK. Games are my favourite entertainment medium, so writing about them is perfect, in four years I hope to be older. ;)
